hello Dr I m 21 week pregnant can I start dry fig(anjeer).If yes then how to take and at what time??

A. yes one two a day is enough ok.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hello mom Yes it is totally safe to start taking dry fig in your regular diet. But you should just have one to 3 in a day. And you should eat it in different time. Rather than this you should also maintain a proper diet plan in which include all the nutrition and proteins in your regular diet. And also drink sufficient water to keep yourself hydrated
