Hello dr I have twins daughters few days ago she is suffering with motions n vomiting now she is not eating properly.her weight is also down kindly suggest best diet for both

A. hi please seek doctors adivse nothing to worry but few kids have these common symptoms now a days dont foce feed your baby give simple foods like curd rice, mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee
