hello Dr, I have 3 month baby and I got my period as my c section is there so is it safe to give baby breast milk

A. hello yes you can feed the baby regularly which is absolutely safe and not a problem and tgis will bot effect the bm or baby when you resume your periods and you feed the baby and is totally safe doing so and is absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
