Hello ,Dr i delivered a boy baby on 13 june 2020 mode of delivery is C section i offen get pain in the stitches area and have back pain too.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six months to one year to heal properly. take proper rest. back pain happens due to deficiencies or neuralgia due to wrong posture. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Hi mom Maintain hygiene Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash your hands often before touching your baby Apply coconut oil or olive oil Take a good care of your baby Take enough rest and Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
