hello Dr. I am mother of 2 months old baby boy I m giving him breast milk as well as cow milk?

I Don’t know how your paediatrician suggested you but I can only tell you it’s never recommended before completing the age of 12 to 14 months so if you want if it is suiting your child then you can continue with it since your doctor only advised you otherwise you can give formula feeding

No Cows milk is not recommended to be given to a child before the age of one year so as of now if you are having less breastfeed then you can give formula feed otherwise only breastfeeding is recommended to be given for initial six months and cows after 12 months
