hello dr,I am having MCDA twins today I checked my sugar level after half an hour of meal it's 173.and I am gaining very fast within 15days I Gained 2kg now I am 94 I am so scared.even I eat much also.and I am worried about TTTS also in which week it ll found plz help me out
