NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you child's weight is fine and not a problem.. of child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and give your child iron rich food in the diet as hb level seems to be lil low
