hello Dr. cold n cough hone pr baccho ki massage krna chahiye ya nhi .... mere bete ko do din se running nose n sneezing ka problem h

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can warm little mustard oil and massage on chest back and sole of the feet. Apply vicks baby rub on chest back and sole of the feet and put nasoclear nasal drops and give indirect steam to the baby by using a vaporizer

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can massage your baby with almond oil twice a day after maintaining the room temperature. and also apply luke warm mustard oil on baby chest for cold. and give baby indirect steam twice a day at least.
