Hello ma’am Right now you can give paracetamol to your child to your child will settle down and sleep peacefully and you can repeat it after eight hours if needed and just consult your paediatrician tomorrow morning for a proper checkup and a course of medication as viral takes a lot of time to settle down and antibiotics can really help a lot for the same
