hello doctors my son is 4 years old. from the last 2 months he has running nose with thick belgum. he doesn't have any cold or cough. his chest is also clear after checking with doctor. what is reason behind it and what should I do. please suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 51 months old and he doesn’t have any cold but cough and running nose so give him proper antibiotic and syrup tus Q D 5 ml three times a day
