Q.

Hello Doctors, My enhanced First trimester screening (double marker) report shows a probability of 1:51 for Down's syndrome/ Trisomy 21. NT scan reports are normal. Kindly advise the next steps and way forward. What is the risk level? My age is 30years and this is my first pregnancy. Natural conception.

A. in case if the result of the double marker test is positive, the doctor might recommend further diagnostic procedures like amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling to find the problem. so consult with your doctor for further management
