Hello doctors,my baby is 3 months old and he is having some kind of small white patches on his back neck. daily I'm applying dermadev baby lotion.

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infectiogn or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skinn is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
