Hello Doctors, Last week, we were blessed with a baby boy, and he has a positive blood group. My wife has a negative blood group. Hospital management provided the anti-D injection after 7 days of the delivery. However, Google and many videos suggest it should be given within 72 hours. Will this affect anything..?
