Hello Doctors, Experts and Mommies Mera baby 8 months ka hai. Kya use mein namkeen dalia mein beans, carrots or mein spinach daal ke de sakti hu?

A. yes aap baby ko dalia me vegetables, de skte hai.. palak dal introduce kr skte hai.. remember slowly and gradually introduce one new food one at a time.. slowly increase the intake.. all fruit and vegetables you can give..
