Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. stxgeam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment acchordingly along with a proper hydration .

Timini I is a good option you can go ahead with that if we both are good at their own places but since you have asked for once so this one is good you can give it three times to your child that they depending upon the current age and weight gain of the child child
