Hello Doctor, Which magnesium supplement is safe during breastfeeding? I have low vitamin d and magnesium levels.

A. hi usually magnesium comes along in a tablet along with other multivitamins so seek your doctors advise which multivitamin you can take also vit d sachet can be take once a week for 8 weeks
