hello doctor, what type food will be best for two years toddler..he is avoid everything now 😔

Moong Dal Cheela A power-packed start to your day! 1 cup moong dal¼ teaspoon turmeric¼ teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon roasted cuminSalt to taste¼ cup chopped onions1 teaspoon grated gingerFinely chopped green chillisA pinch of hing (asafoetida)ButterSoak the moong dal in water overnight.Drain the water and grind with adequate water to form a thick paste – similar to dosa batter.Add spices to the batter and mix well.Add the seasoning and a pinch of hing, and mix again.Allow the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes.Heat butter in a non-stick pan and spread the batter like you would a dosa.
