Q.

Hello Doctor, The motnth before last month i didn't get my periods on time due to miscarriage, So i consulted with my docter and he gave me medicines for periods. so now yesterday i got periods on date but flow is very heavy and also having painful cramps. So what should i do now? Do i need to communicate with my docter?

A. thats fine only. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellsee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. hi yes mam,you should consult your gynecologist for once. at home, you can take soaked Black raisins with rock sugar or take chia seeds water . it will help in this. keep your body well hydrated.
