hello doctor should I start giving chyawanprash to my 16 month baby girl though winter is coming?

Yes of course you can give it to the child twice in a day morning and evening and if you can manage it with giving with milk then that is going to be a much better option otherwise regular regularly also if you give there is no problem in that it’s very healthy
