hello doctor, Post pregnancy my belly not reduced and it's looking like 4 moths pregnancy but am not pregnant almost 2 years completed for my baby, i did exercise as well but it's not reduced Please suggest how to reduce belly

A. to reduce the belly fat start with exercise first low intense and then gradually increase the intensity.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. keep yourself well hydrated
