Hello Doctor, Please reply. My 3yrs old boy saying rhymes, identify animals, birds, vegetables, fruits, numbers, alphabets, vehicle etc. call me mummy and others also mummy. He responds when he wish to. Says paani, pitha. But does not talk in daily life. He also urinate and does potty in pant itself. But his brain is very sharp immediately slove the puzzles. I talk to him always, but doesn't reply me back. What shall I do?
