Hello doctor, one of my friend’s kid has diagnosed hydronephrosis with level 1 on both kidneys and one kidney is little smaller than the other one which is not terrific , in that case can we add salt in the food

A. this is the case in which kidney tube is blocked which connects to bladder so avoid giving high protein foods or salty foods as it may affect more, please consult the specialist regarding this for more details
