Q.

Hello doctor! My son is frequently getting fever along with cold.. this is second time in this month. Fever lasts for 5 days. Pls suggest medication or any tests required. Thanks.

A. this is because of less immunity baby will be getting recurring infection particularly in monsoon season yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
