hello doctor, My son is 8 yrs old.. Having very bad cold nose is blocked nd breathing through mouth. please guide me with best home remedies.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy11 months agoA. try increasing fluids, offering warm herbal teas with honey and lemon, using a cool mist humidifier, and getting plenty of rest. use steam inhalation and saline nasal drops for congestion, and elevate yourx head at night to reduce coughing. soothe sore throats with warm salt water gargles or honey with lemon. consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. x
