hello doctor my son is 7months old ..he got rashes on thighs and bum will plz see n tell me is everything ok...pics are below

A. this appears to be some type of allergy. anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergys do not give any type allergic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy kindly give plenty of fluidss to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
