Hello doctor, My son is 30 months old , he sucks his thumb from the age of 6 months, while sleeping only. now recently he has started biting his nails, wen we say not to bite , he starts bitting again. I hve been applying Neem oil for thumb sucking, he rubs for a while and sucks again. his nail being cut he sucks so hardly.kindly guide me doctor

kids do this when they feel stressed or anxious for something
so please check emotional factor behind this
give your enough time to your child.
but please don't be harsh with your child.
it makes a child more rebellious
give other comfort object like soft blanket , soft toy etc
