Hello doctor, my son is 3 years old aandd he hhass got diarrhoea and vomiting, consultedd local doctor and giving aall medication ( acidity plus for loose motion ) yet his vomiting does noot stop even if he intakes water hhe iis vomiting water out immediately. is this ssometh serious? thiis does not look like it's acidity! caan someone suggest something?

and feed simpke,kess spicy n less gressy food.
