Q.
hello doctor my son is 2 months old...he only latches right breast...bcz of it my left breast stopped producing milk, and i think my baby stays hungry due to less supply of milk...i dont want to give him cow milk or anything else...plz suggest me how to increase milk

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello. latch more often to breast, do breast massage. ake kore skin to skin contact with baby to stimulate milk secretion.
take lactate capsule, it helps in producing milk.

to improve milk lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan
try feed more from the left one
