hello doctor my son have 3.7years old. I saw some skin rashes behind testies. and also some rash at under chin. please give a suggestion to prevent skin rashes

A. You can apply calamine lotion at both the areas this will help but honestly it is not looking like a rash small small pimples are coming it could also be associated with a fungal infection so I would advise you to get examined by your doctor as well
