hello doctor my son (2yrs) his upper teeth last 2 were spoiled means get black he can't do brush properly also what should I do ? give me some advice to treat

A. get the cavities filled. visit a pedodontist brush twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste like colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent avoid sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits avoid night feed
