hello doctor my question related to my daughter .she is 5yrs 10 m old ,she is not well every time cough and cold related issue immunity power is so week what can ido please help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ok c s zyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
