hello doctor... my kid is suffering from fever since last 3 days. I am using p250 syrup. from yesterday she has cold also.... I like to use levolin. but I forget the dosage... can u please suggest dosage

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging gof the whole boudy with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
