hello doctor, my kid is 5 years, she is fair but her neck 9snt of same color? what do I do for darkness

Apply aloe Vera gel or coconut oil on the neck. This will help to even the skin tone.
Also rub the neck softly while giving bath to ur baby.. Keep the skin clean and dry. Take care
