Hello doctor, my kid is 3 months old baby and i seeing 2 white pach on his face ..what causes it? and is normal? will it cure by itself or do we need to do anything

A. White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain av good hygiene .vvx

A. In newborns, you don't need to treat milia with creams or ointments, because they'll go away by themselves without any treatment. They usually go away within weeks or months after birth. They don't leave scars so don't try to burst them. Be patient and wait for them to go away naturally
