hello Doctor my daughter is now 2 yrs 11 months., since afternoon she was fine. just 2 hours back she started sneezing lightly., pls suggest medicine for her. last 3 months back she had cold we gave her sinarest or febrex plus with monocef.

here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving thec next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet foodc also.
body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
