hello doctor my daughter is 2 years one month old, she pooped once in a day some times two times but from last two weeks her stool comes in black colour continously, she vomit frequently after every bottle feed, milk she is not intaking properly meanwhile she had cold, cough but now she is fine from cold but now she has a indigestion problem pls suggest me what should i do.

The culprit in many cases of toddler constipation is a diet that's too heavy in processed foods, dairy, and sweets, and too light in fiber (like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables). Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder.
