hello doctor, My daughter is 2.4 years, i'm using diaper from the day first, her private area specially front is black is just like pigmentation patches. how can i come through this problem. even blackness near neck area, joints ankle and under arms but her complexion is fair

give bath twice in a day.

first ,as there is pigmentation at private area , please stop using Diapers for now.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes or nappies for your child.
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes.
Apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
but if a child is feeling discomfort like increased discoloration , redness, itching , swelling , discharge from that area etc then please visit your pediatrician.
