Hello doctor My daughter is 1y 9months old now. She has sensitive skin any bite or scratch she has scar left behind on the skin and she has itching some times. Should i consult a dermatologist or use any specific skincare routine for her please suggest.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can use maderma scar cream regularly for about 2 to 3 months which will help reduce the scar marks in babies
As with growing age the scar reduces itself and the cream also is more effective
avoid using many of skin products as in many cases the car reduces itself as the baby grows
