If yes then it is likely that it is infection and as of now you can start giving sporolac sachet twice a day but consult your doctor

Its Lose motion or normal motion because normal motion is considered normal at this age 5 to 6 times but if your child is suffering with lose motions then you should consult your doctor maybe there is some issue that your child is facing which is my lose motions are happening
