baby is 19 months old having dark loose motions 4-5 times in a day. after medicine also no improvement what to do ?

Then this could be due to infection in the summer get a stool test done for your child and that is going to give you much better clarity as of now for the more I would recommend you according to the course of antibiotics can be suggested as for the situation
