Do not a bother with what people say but just yes if your child is active reaching all the milestones now with the food that you are giving I would advise you to start giving every thing that you making at home what you are giving was almost the food that we start with the age of seven months from the age of nine months you should introduce every thing with the rice Paratha mode of proteins dairy products because that’s what is going to be helpful in weight gain strength and energy and proper fruits and vegetables
