Hello doctor my daughter having only temperature of 100.3 but she is playing actively and intaking also normal only upper Body part is hot From yesterday I gave paracetamol agin today morning temperature raised

A. give paracetamol if the Fever is more than hundredFever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

A. Hello,if babies head is only hot and rest other parts of body is not hot like hands feet is of normal temperature then nothing to worry and my advice is keep baby hydrated and also make sure that baby needs to take rest as it's a change in weather and babies may have chances of viral infection also,so boost babies immunity.
