hello doctor, my baby is 3 years old her temperature is 37.2 at yesterday night so I have given calpal 250 and the fever is reduced but again her temperature is 37 at morning 5 am so I repeat the calpcal now she is playing actively but her temperature is still remain 36.7 and 37.8 please help me

A. can continue the same. Mild cold and cough is common in this season . So for this steam is a good option that can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day at home . For severe cough ascoril LS like medication can be given .
