My baby boy is 2 years 7months old he is suffering with cold from yesterday temp is 101 playing actively when given paracetamol temperature is normal is it ok or immediately visit the doctor

A. You can continue with the paracetamol every six hours and if the fever doesn’t subside totally by the time of 72 hours then you can consult your doctor because then it’s not a regular fever it could be due to any other reason as of now also if you want you can of course visit your doctor
