hello doctor. my child is 6 years 4 months and from last one month whenever he sleept he is taking breathe from mouth open and use to snore very much.. some time his breath hold for second and than suddenly he breathe very fast than again same thing start.. it is started from january after he get cold and cough.. so please advise what to do right now he has no cough and cold..bt breathing and snore issue not resolve.. pls suggest
