Hello doctor,my child is 3yrs 3months old and her weight is 20.3 kgs .is it overweight?and how to reduce her body weight please help

Yes this is quite overweight for your child approximately 4 to 5 kg your child is overweight it’s important for you to have an evaluation with your paediatrician also I would recommend you to get a thyroid has done for your child and if that’s negative then that’s going to be very good but for dietary alterations you need to consult a paediatrician or a nutritionist
