Q.

Hello doctor my child is 3 months baby girl at the time of birth she was 2.3kg weight it was premature delivery at 34 weeks now she is4 kg weight and she is looking thin and not becoming fat is there any reason behind it of it is normal??

A. shr preterm babies will catch up and slowly gsin Wei abd then pick up oo. try yi carry on aa doctor has yold uou a d stay positive. dont pamic ok

A. hello actually usually in the very first month baby will lose the weight then the baby will start increasing around 500 gram to KG per month but it completely difference also so no need to worry if you baby is active and healthy p just try to give a good Naresh mint and proper feeding
