Q.

I'm now 34 weeks pregnant... I have IUGR... currently my baby weight is 2 kgs.. doctor suggested me Foci gr.. at the time of delivery how much should baby weight be... ??

A. Ideally yeh weight should be atleast 2.5 kgs for average birth weight. But 2kgs is also good and take high protein diet on a daily basis and the baby should gain

A. you eat high protein. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. no need to worry you just still have time to correct this start with protein supplement twice a day with milk which will help increase the weight as well as include more of green leafy vegetables and dairy products in your diet and have regular daily walking
