Hello doctor, my child got vaccinated in 6week but she got swollen in her left leg now it is reducing day by day but still little bit portion is hard and now she has entered in her 10th week and again she has to take vaccine so can we take that vaccine in other leg.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line trhgeatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
