Hello doctor , My baby was born on 5th March 2025 his birth weight was 2.780 . He is exclusively breastfeed and current weight is 4.80. Could you please confirm if he is getting expected weight.

A. Namaste Mom Yes it is fine as such as monthly weight gain is expected to be in range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
